Depending on your current health insurance, it is possible for services to be covered in full or only partially. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Questions to ask your Insurance:
- What are my outpatient (in-office) mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If yes, what is my deductible?
- Do I have to meet my deductible before insurance starts to pay?
- Do I have a co-payment or co-insurance that I will have to pay per session?
- Do I need prior authorization for therapy sessions?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover per year?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits? (This question is only for those who carry different insurance than what is listed below.)

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure to cancel at least 24 business hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee of $50.00.
After consecutive missed appointments, late cancellations, and constant rescheduling, sessions may be terminated.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. There is a fee for returned checks or denied credit cards. Please see the financial policy of the intake packet.
I do provide therapy services for clients with out-of-network plans or those who wish to do self-pay.
Fees for services typically range from $90 to $200, per appointment, depending on the length and type of session.
