Depending on your current insurance plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or partially. Please contact your insurance company to verify coverage for psychotherapy services.
Questions to ask your Insurance:
- What are my outpatient (in-office) mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If yes, what is my deductible?
- Do I have to meet my deductible before insurance starts to pay?
- Do I have a co-payment or co-insurance that I will have to pay per session?
- Do I need prior authorization for therapy sessions?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover per year?
- Do I have out-of-network benefits? (This question is only for those who carry different insurance than what is listed below.)

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 business hours in advance to avoid a $75.00 late cancellation fee.
After consecutive missed appointments, late cancellations, and/or constant rescheduling, sessions may be terminated.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. There is a $15.00 fee for returned checks or denied credit cards.
I do provide therapy services for clients with out-of-network plans or those who wish to do self-pay.
Fees for services start at $100 per appointment, depending on the length and type of session.
